 Statement regarding banned breeds.

Due to the new regulations that have started to come into operation we would like to make the following statement.

We will continue to accept XL bully type breeds. There are restrictions dictated by DEFRA.

The good news is, once securely in the field (which means you need to LOCK the car park entrance gate once inside) your dog will be able to enjoy a free run without lead and muzzle.

PLEASE NOTE.

ONCE YOU HAVE ENTERED THE FIELD YOU WILL NEED TO SECURE THE GATE WITH THE CHAIN PROVIDED VIDEO OF HOW TO USE THE CHAIN IS ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE “ROBINHILL PADDOCK”

restrictions,

You are UNABLE to mix with other household humans and dogs.

Private fields for an XL Bully Type Dog & exempt breeds on the following basis:

1. The dog is registered (by 31.1.24 for XL bully ‘types’) with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us prior to your visit (no later than 48 hours prior).

2. A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us prior to your visit (no later than 48 hours prior).

3. The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules.

4. The dog is Micro Chipped.

5. The field is private property with no public access passing through.

6. The field is securely fenced and locked so the dog cannot escape.

7. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field.

8. The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field.

9. You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field.

XL Bullies can be off-lead and unmuzzled with their own household dogs only. The household handler must be over the age of 18. There can be NO mixing with humans from other households.

If there are dogs from different households the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all times with a 1:1 handler (so you would need a member of your own household, over the age of 18, for the other non banned breed dogs from the other household)

As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact mitzi on - 07944 365881

Thank you, Robinhill Paddock
